With over 20 years of experience in education and mind-body practices, she guides individuals to awaken energy, cultivate mental clarity, and reconnect with inner strength.

Her integrative, trauma sensitive approach empowers clients to embrace presence, align with their true purpose, and cultivate lasting balance.

Fluent in five languages, Roula offers both online and in person sessions in Montreal, creating welcoming spaces for growth, resilience, and transformation. Roula ‘s Transformative workshops, inspiring speaking engagements, and immersive retreats are designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit.
