Becoming an entrepreneur, starting your own business, and bringing it to the highest levels takes dedication, patience, and a huge sense of believe in oneself.
It is filled with joy, excitement, worry, and aha moments.
It is mostly a journey of knowledge, awakening and connecting mind, body, and spirit. This is the meaning of Mind Body Quest.
Below are the testimonials of an amazing group of women that I mentored and coached as part of the Entreprism HEC Montreal Incubator Program – Cohort 2022.

TESTIMONIALS FROM Entrepreneurs
“Au début, lors de la première séance j’étais un peu sceptique, mais j’ai super bien fait de donner une chance et de m’ouvrir à l’expérience de coachig avec Roula. J’en ai appris davantage sur moi même et mes réactions. On apprend a reprendre le controle sur plusieurs aspects de notre vie, en étant accompagnée par une femme sympatique, douce et empathique.
Merci Roula Naamani pour le coaching et la motivation!!!”

“Entrepreneurship is a journey of self-discovery and the business is the reflection of the entrepreneur.”
How beautiful is that?
To BE able to express myself with assertiveness and confidence, I had to allow myself to experience many shifts of identity, to encounter amazing people, learn valuable lessons and explored my inner-world. I am the woman that I am today because I welcomed change and got out of my comfort zone. I choose to invest time and energy in my personal development; shortly seeing the evidence that these investments had a direct ripple effect into my relationships, projects and work.
I met a very special woman: @Roula Naamani. A mentor who dedicated her precious time, for me, every week for a period of 3 months. She was a catalyst to my growth and a messenger to help me see blinds spots. I feel so grateful to have been in her sphere and really cherish this type of relationship. Her support and guidance were fun and expanding. She offered me a joyful space and tools to BE autonomous in situations that I can perceive as challenging. The key learnings here were: asking for support, receiving guidance open-mindedly and integration; replacing unwanted patterns or thought processes and creating space for new ones.
